Statistical and data/membership records are updated and maintained for the 145 churches, 24 companies, and 21 groups within the Potomac Conference Corporation.
The church clerk, like every other church officer, is a ministering servant of God. Every Christian believer is called to ministry, gifted by the Spirit, and in baptism ordained for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).
At the Potomac Conference Corporation, we want to help local church clerks work as effectively as possible to maintain accurate and up to date records for their churches.
Church clerk trainings are offered to better manage our churches. You will find below helpful tools for the church clerk or pastor, including church clerk documents and manuals.
www.eAdventist.net is the online church membership and management database used by all churches within the North American Division. eAdventist.net also is the source of the Organization directory.
