President Bill Miller

William ‘Bill’ Miller was elected President of the Potomac Conference in 2006. Prior to coming to the Potomac Conference he served as President of the Minnesota Conference. He has been an associate, youth and senior pastor in California and Washington. He has served as a VP for Administration in the Washington Conference, Youth Director of the Northern California Conference, and Youth, Sabbath School, Community Services, and Temperance in the Hawaii Conference. He holds a BA degree in Theology from Pacific Union College, a Masters of Divinity (1985) and Doctor of Ministry degree (2014) in Leadership from Andrews University in 2014. Bill was born in McMinnville, Oregon. At the age of 4, his father was killed in the Columbus Day Hurricane of 1962. They moved to Angwin, California to be close to relatives and to be able to attend Adventist Christian Education.

In college, Bill sensed being called to the gospel ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is desirous that all have the privilege of hearing, understanding and accepting the beautiful message that God has given His last day remnant movement in anticipation of Christ’s soon return. Because of God’s grace and love, each person has the honor of being a child of the King.
