Johanna Prestol-Dominguez,  graduated from Atlantic Union College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  She worked at the General Conference for 10 years the last five of which were spent in the HR department as a Compensations Specialist.   During this time she obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Maryland – College Park.  Before joining the Potomac Conference, Johanna was employed since 2006 as a HR Generalist/Manager with a private textile rental company and became a fully certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).   She has been Director of Human Resources since May 2010.

Lynette Christ

Lynette Christ, received her Bachelor’s degree from Columbia Union College.  She has over 10 years of denominational employment at various levels, five of which have been spent in Human Resources.  Lynette joined the Potomac Conference Human Resources department in 2007 and has been Associate Director for Human Resources since April of 2010.

Arline Altermatt

Arline Altermatt, has served in the Human Resource Department since coming to Virginia in 2004. She was previously employed by the Florida Conference Office working in Membership for five years. Her husband is Pastor Glen Altermatt and they served in North Florida, Central Florida and South Florida

Churches prior to working at the Conference Office. We have been blessed to have had the opportunity to serve others doing the Lord's work.
