Welcome! 

This office exists to support the Mission and Vision of the Potomac Conference.  In addition, we oversee the following administrative items:

• Record keeping of important church statistical data and other membership functions through e-Adventist
• Assisting pastors and churches through services and procedures that assist in the mission of the church and safeguard the integrity of the church organization. Some of these services are Travel Requests, Continuing Education Requests, Sabbaticals, Advanced Degree and Credentials
• Recording and documentation of all vital records such as minutes and agendas for the Constituency Session, Executive Committee and Administrative Committee
• Organizing of Mission Groups, Companies and Churches
  Managing and mediating church-related conflict issues
• Conference support for all existing ethnic congregations through our multilingual ministries.
• Support of the following non-conference based ministries:
  • Prison Ministries
  • Adventist Community Services
  • Disaster response
  • Disabilities Ministry
  • Religious Liberty
