Technology has become a key part in everyday life, and the Potomac Conference Corporation is dedicated to providing our employees, schools and churches with professional and experienced IT support. At Potomac we want to embrace technology in our quest to fulfill the great Gospel Commission. It is important that we use every moral means possible to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
Upon graduation from Turner Ashby high school in 1992, I joined the US Marine Corps. During my four years in the Marine Corps I became interested in computers and telephone systems as my training was in field communications. I met my wife during that time and in 1997, I brought her back to Virginia where we got married. My life was a train wreck during those years, but when our first daughter was born in 1999, I realized that I was now responsible for her, but was trapped in a life of sin. Through many trials and tribulations God miraculously saved me from a life of drugs and saved my marriage. From then on life has been a wonderful journey, serving the Lord every step of the way. I have been working in telecommunications and network engineering since 1997. I currently serve as elder in the Harrisonburg SDA Church, and as the IT Director for the Potomac Conference Corporation.
My wife and I both carry a strong burden for the homeless and poor. We lead a homeless ministry at the Harrisonburg church that partners with the Open Doors Program where we along with several other churches house the chronically homeless through the winter.
Serving on the board of My Fathers Mission also known as World Health Service started right here in the Potomac Conference Corporation by the late Dr. Richard Bendall has helped me to realize the blessings of sacrifice to give and serve those who don’t have (Matt 25:45).
Time is short and we must do all that we can to spread the good news unto this world that Jesus is coming again!!!
