Welcome to the Treasury Department
The Treasury Department serves the Potomac Conference membership through consistent and accurate accounting and financial management of all conference assets. The Treasury Department supports the Mission to "Grow Healthy, Disciple Making Churches" by assuring wise management of the tithes and offerings so generously given by our faithful members. The Treasury Department is responsible for processing the payroll for all schools (21) and churches (167), which constitutes over 900 employees. In addition, the Treasury Department assures that all properties (churches and schools) are adequately insured against loss. All entities that make up the Potomac Conference are audited annually or bi-annually depending on their respective size and/or need.
