Jorge A. Ramírez began his ministry as a pastor in the Southeastern California Conference in 1985.  He served in that capacity for the next 22 years, before accepting the invitation of the Potomac Conference in 2007 to serve as Vice President for Administration.

He graduated from Loma Linda University with a BA degree in Pastoral Ministry in 1985.  He completed his Masters in Divinity in 1989 from Andrews University.  He currently is working on his dissertation as he seeks to complete his Doctor in Ministry.

He is married to Bexy Castellón, and God has blessed them with three boys: Reuben (16), Ryan (14), and Reiss (14).  They live in New Market, Virginia.

Jorge enjoys traveling, playing the guitar, and jogging.  His greatest passion is seeing the lives of people change by the power of Jesus Christ.

Denise Hevener joined the Potomac Conference in August, 2005.  She worked part-time assisting in Administration and Treasury.  In July, 2007 she joined the team full-time as Administrative Assistant to the vice president for administration.  She and her husband Dickie live in Buena Vista, VA.  They have 2 children: Tiffany & Richie.

Elizabeth Cooper joined Potomac Conference in July of 2007 as Conference Clerk/ Office Assistant for Membership/Statistics. Known as Elly, she speaks English and Spanish and assists all of Potomac Conference departments as translator for the Hispanic membership.

Her favorite Bible text is Isaiah 8:20 - To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
