Jordan Trent

Jordan Trent joined the Potomac Conference May of 2014. A native of Seattle, Washington, Jordan  was home-schooled until the 7th grade at which point he went to Puget Sound Academy. Jordan attended La Sierra University and completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 2008 and MBA in Human Resources in 2011.


He started working at Loma Linda University Medical Center in June 2008 as a Business Intern. He was later hired on as a regular full-time employee in November 2008 in the role of a Benefits Analyst. Prior to accepting the position at PCC, he was a Benefit Specialist Lead with a team of three Benefits Analysts.


Jordan enjoys cycling, photography and the entire Star Trek franchise. The NFL season is a much anticipated time of year for him and he holds true to his Seattle roots by supporting the Seattle Seahawks. His favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11.



Gisselle White-Palacios

Gisselle White-Palacios holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.  Prior to joining the Potomac Conference in 2013, she worked in the Investment Management industry for over 20 years.  She has served at the local church level as Treasurer, Secretary, and Sabbath School leader.  Gisselle is fluent in Spanish and is a native of Costa Rica.


Gisselle is married to Roberto and they have three children. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Allen

Kimberly Allen comes to the Potomac Conference with 28 years of combined experience in healthcare billing, payroll and Human Resources.  She has worked with Adventist HealthCare as well as one other large healthcare organization.  In 2011, she became a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
