He began his career at Wisconsin Academy teaching various technology vocational courses while expanding his services with guidance counseling, academic registrar, and administration.

Shortly after receiving his Masters degree in Education Administration in 1990 from Andrews University he transferred from the classroom to full time administration. Keith served as a principal for 18 years; 4 at Enterprise Academy and 14 at Auburn Adventist Academy. Keith began his ministry here in the Potomac Conference as Vice President for Education in July, 2009.

He and his wife, Kandyce, have been married for 30 years. They have three children: Kurtis, Korrine and Kristofor.

Seventh-day Adventist education is far more than private education to Keith. He has personal experience understanding the evangelism responsibility and potential that every teacher and administrator has for sharing the assurance of salvation given to each of us in Jesus Christ. Adventist Education should always uphold the highest academic standard while serving the young people and their families with a personal touch of Jesus Christ that excites the student to know more about their savior.

Cyndee Grady. Prior to working for Education in 2007, Cyndee coordinated office duties for summer camp ministries in the Youth Department. Her duties in education include billing, substitute vouchers, travel expenses, professional workshops and the PCOE Lending Library. When she's not at work, you will find her working with Pathfinders, reading, scrapbooking and enjoying time with her husband Denny, and their daughters Nicole and Noelle.

Spending her entire life in California, then living in three different states since marrying Denny, Cyndee has experienced the wonderful truth in the promise from Jer. 29:11-13: “For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
